Buyasoft was founded in 2016 with one goal: to give businesses a single platform for all the software they need beyond accounting, finance and production. What started with two people has grown into an experienced, ever-growing team guided by one principle: our customers come first, always.
Our platform-first approach — one place for everything, with integrations connecting your systems — goes back well before 2016. Buyasoft’s founders bring many years of software development experience, especially in telecommunications, and from 2010 onward built a pioneering contact center platform on the same principles as the Buyasoft Platform.
That journey led to Buyasoft: a platform that covers many software needs in one place, while each application can also run on its own. Buyasoft is both our company name and our platform — and we call it a platform because it isn’t a set of half-measures, but a family of applications that are strong contenders in their own fields. We started with CRM, followed by our eCommerce platform (B2B and B2C) and process management applications.
