How it works

Card payments, on your terms and with your ERP

The right POS

Each card goes through its own bank’s POS

The first digits of the card identify its bank and card program; the payment goes through that bank’s virtual POS, with installments from that bank’s table.

  • Card programs such as Bonus, World, Maximum and Axess in the installment table
  • Send single payments to the POS of your choice, with exceptions per bank
  • You can route an installment option to another POS
  • Debit cards pay in a single installment, and unrecognised cards aren’t accepted

Installments and interest

Installments and interest on your terms

For each POS you set the commission rate and minimum amount for up to 12 installments, and dealers see each installment and the total before they pay.

  • Pass the interest on to the dealer or deduct it from the amount
  • Offer installments by dealer group and cardholder type (personal or business)
  • Turn off payments or limit installments for dealers with overdue debt
  • Banks’ extra-installment promotions show in the installment table

Payments

Dealers pay any amount, with an order or through their sales rep

Dealers see their balance and overdue debt in the portal and pay any amount; they can also complete an order by paying for it by card.

  • Any amount, including partial payments
  • Card payment at checkout: the order is completed once the payment succeeds
  • Sales reps take card payments on behalf of the dealer they select
  • Dealers accept the terms before paying and can print a receipt

ERP transfer

Payments reach your ERP with their installments

Successful payments reach your ERP automatically or with your approval, and bank and installment codes are mapped to their counterparts in the ERP.

  • Depending on your ERP, each installment is recorded on its own line with its own due date
  • With Logo, Netsis, Mikro, Akınsoft, ETA, DİA, Uyumsoft, Bizim Hesap and many more ERPs
  • A payment that fails to transfer is listed with its error and can be sent again
  • Every payment sends an email and a notification to your team and the dealer’s account manager

Reports

Every payment recorded, every report in Excel

Payments are stored with the POS, installments, commission and sales rep; dealers see their own payments, and you see them all.

  • Dealers export their payment list to Excel
  • Filters by POS, date and dealer in the admin panel, with totals and Excel export
  • Only a masked card number is kept, and the security code (CVV) is never stored

For each POS you set a commission rate and minimum amount per installment count, and either pass the interest on to the dealer or deduct it from the amount. You can offer installments by dealer group.

Are card details stored?

No. Only a masked card number is recorded, the security code (CVV) is never stored, and no cards are saved.
