Buyasoft Bilişim A.Ş. (“Buyasoft”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit buyasoft.com. This Cookie Policy explains which cookies we use and why, the legal basis for using them, who receives the data and how you can manage your choices, in line with Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Turkish Data Protection Authority’s Guide on Cookie Practices. The Turkish version of this policy is the legally binding one.

2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device through your browser. They are used to make the site work, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used.
- First-party cookies are set on behalf of the site you are visiting (buyasoft.com).
- Third-party cookies are set on behalf of another company whose content or service is used on the site.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay on your device for the period stated.
3. Cookies we use
3.1. Strictly necessary cookies
These are essential for the site to work securely and as you requested, so they don’t require your consent and can’t be switched off.

3.2. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
Google Analytics 4 helps us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (pages visited, time on site, device and browser type) so we can improve it. It loads only if you allow “Analytics”; otherwise Google Analytics doesn’t run at all.

3.3. External content (only with your consent)
The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps (Google LLC) and loads only if you allow “External content” or click “Show map”. When the map loads, your IP address and browser details are sent to Google, which may use its own cookies for this service. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
3.4. Security check (Cloudflare Turnstile)
We use Turnstile by Cloudflare, Inc. to protect our contact forms from automated (bot) submissions. It loads only when you start filling in a form and sends technical information about your browser and device to Cloudflare to confirm that a person is sending the form. This is necessary to keep the site and its forms secure and is not used for advertising or profiling. Details: Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
4. Legal basis
- Strictly necessary cookies and the security check: KVKK Article 5(2)(c) (providing the service you asked for) and Article 5(2)(f) (our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working).
- Analytics cookies and external content: your explicit consent under KVKK Article 5(1). They are switched off by default and are not used until you allow them.
5. Who receives data, and transfers outside Türkiye
Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. are based in the United States and may process data on servers outside Türkiye.
- Transfers for analytics cookies and external content are based on your explicit consent under KVKK Article 9(6)(a), given after being informed of the possible risks. Risk: your data may be processed in a country for which the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board has not issued an adequacy decision, where the level of protection may not be the same as in Türkiye.
- Transfers for the security check are made in accordance with KVKK Article 9 and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for Transferring Personal Data Abroad.
We don’t otherwise share data collected through cookies with third parties, except where required by competent authorities under the law.
6. Managing your cookie choices
- When you first visit, use Accept all, Reject all or Preferences in the cookie panel. Optional cookies are not used until you allow them.
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie Settings at the bottom of each page or the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner. If you withdraw analytics consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your device.
- We keep your choice for 6 months and then ask you again.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work.
- Consent records: to be able to prove consent, we record your choice with a random identifier that doesn’t directly identify you, the categories you chose and the date. Your IP address is not stored in this record.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to find out whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected; to have it erased or destroyed under the conditions set out in the KVKK; to have these actions notified to the third parties who received it; to object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated processing; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, you also have the rights it provides, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and we will ask for your consent again if we add a new category of optional cookies.
