Data flow

What gets transferred?

Product and account data in DİA flows to the portal, and orders and payments made in the portal flow back to DİA, so nothing is entered twice.

From DİA to the portal

  • Products: code, name, brand, unit, barcode and special codes
  • Prices and stock
  • Accounts and their sales reps
  • Account statements and invoice lines

From the portal to DİA

  • Orders, as order vouchers in DİA, with their line discounts
  • A separate order per warehouse, with out-of-stock items in a separate back order
  • Card payments, as account vouchers
  • The voucher number from DİA is saved back on the order

Field mappings and reports are set up to match your DİA configuration.

Order transfer

Orders reach DİA split by warehouse

During the day, approved orders reach DİA as order vouchers within about a minute, and orders that meet your rules join the queue without waiting for approval.

  • Each warehouse gets its own order voucher, and out-of-stock items go into a separate back order
  • Items on the lines are reserved; back orders don’t reserve stock
  • Line discounts and the order note go over
  • If something fails, you get an email and a notification, and the order can be resent in one click

Setup

Connected to DİA in four steps

  1. Connection

A user and an API key are set up in DİA for the integration, and the service signs in to DİA with them.

  2. Mapping

Warehouses, units, bank accounts and reports are mapped to their counterparts in DİA.

  3. Scheduling

You choose how often each type of data syncs: every few seconds, at set times of day or on demand.

  4. Testing

Test orders and payments are checked in DİA, then your dealers start using the portal.

And more

What we take care of in the DİA integration

  • Session sign-in

The service signs in to DİA with a user and an API key, and reuses the session for an hour.

  • Extends with reports

With reports prepared in DİA, invoice lines, account transactions and order status reach the portal too.

  • Logs and alerts

Every transfer’s start, finish and errors are logged, and the right people get an email and a notification if something fails.

FAQ

About the DİA integration

Have another question? Call us: +90 216 277 70 80

How do you connect to DİA?

Through DİA’s own web service. The service signs in with a user and an API key set up in DİA; products, accounts and statements are read from that service, and orders and payments are written through it too.

How do orders reach DİA?

As order vouchers. Each warehouse gets its own voucher, out-of-stock items go into a separate back order, and the voucher number from DİA is saved on the order.

How are card payments recorded?

A card payment made in the portal goes to DİA as a credit-card account voucher, with the bank account you choose.

Can dealers see their statements?

Yes. Statements and invoice lines are looked up in DİA whenever a screen opens.

What happens if a transfer fails?

The order is marked as a failed transfer, and the right people get an email and a notification. Once the issue is fixed, the order can be resent in one click.

Can you connect to a different ERP too?

Yes. Our infrastructure doesn’t depend on the ERP: as long as your ERP allows access to its database or services, we can quickly connect to one that isn’t on our list too.
