Data flow

What gets transferred?

Data in Logo flows to the portal, and orders and payments made in the portal flow back to Logo: no double entry, no manual transfers.

From Logo to the portal

  • Products, price lists and stock per warehouse: on hand, in transit, on order
  • Customer accounts: credit limits, payment terms, sales reps, delivery addresses
  • Discount and condition definitions, promotions, exchange rates
  • OEM and competitor codes, kits
  • Account statements, open invoices, sales and order reports

From the portal to Logo

  • Orders, with each discount on its own line and its type (promotion, coupon, condition, payment method)
  • Delivery addresses not yet in Logo are created along with the order
  • Card payments, each installment with its own due date
  • On Tiger: returns, and cash, cheque, promissory-note and bank-transfer collections
  • The document number from Logo is saved back on the order

Queries and document templates are set up to match your Logo configuration.

Live lookups

Checked in Logo at order time

Credit and debt checks use Logo’s current records, not a copy in the portal.

  • The remaining credit limit is checked in Logo at order time, counting orders that haven’t reached Logo yet
  • Overdue debt is checked against the day and amount limits you set; the order is stopped or sent for approval
  • Dealers see their invoices and e-invoice PDFs, cheques and promissory notes, and back orders exactly as they are in Logo
  • Order status and previous purchases also come live from Logo

Order transfer

Orders reach Logo on your terms

During the day, approved orders reach Logo within about a minute, and orders that meet your rules join the queue without waiting for approval.

  • Orders can be split by warehouse, and out-of-stock items go into a separate back order
  • Orders are created in Logo with their own numbering series, and the stock is reserved
  • An order is never transferred twice, and every transfer is logged with Logo’s response
  • If something fails, you get an email and a notification, and the order can be resent in one click

Setup

Connected to Logo in four steps

  1. Installation

We install a small integration service on the network where your Logo server runs; the portal never connects to your Logo database directly.

  2. Mapping

Warehouses, price lists, discount types and document series are mapped to their counterparts in Logo.

  3. Scheduling

You choose how often each type of data syncs: every few seconds, at set times of day or on demand.

  4. Testing

Test orders and payments are checked in Logo, then your dealers start using the portal.

And more

What we take care of in the Logo integration

  • Secure connection

The service only accepts connections from allowed addresses, with authentication, and queries that read from Logo cannot delete or change data.

  • New fiscal periods

When a new period starts, queries don’t need rewriting; table names are updated in one place.

  • Logs and alerts

Every transfer’s start, finish and errors are logged, and the right people get an email and a notification if something fails.

  • E-invoice PDFs

Dealers download the PDFs of their Logo e-invoices and e-archive invoices from the portal.

  • Foreign-currency orders

Foreign-currency orders go over at the daily rate, with payment plans and terms as defined in Logo.

  • Multiple connections

You can define several ERP connections, and each transfer runs over its own.

FAQ

About the Logo integration

Have another question? Call us: +90 216 277 70 80

Which versions of Logo does it work with?

Every version of Logo: the Tiger and Go families, including Wings. Our customers include companies on Logo Tiger, Go 3 and Go Wings.

Does the portal connect to our Logo database directly?

No. It works through an integration service installed on the network where your Logo server runs, and the service only accepts connections from allowed addresses, with authentication. Queries that read data from Logo cannot delete or change anything.

How often are stock and prices updated?

You decide: every few seconds, at set times of day or on demand. Information such as credit limits, invoices and order status is looked up live in Logo whenever a screen opens.

When do orders reach Logo?

During the day, approved orders reach Logo within about a minute. Orders that meet your rules can join the transfer queue without waiting for approval, and the document number from Logo is saved on the order.

How do discounts reach Logo?

Each discount goes over as its own discount line under the product line, with its rate and type. The types can be mapped to your discount codes in Logo.

What happens if a transfer fails?

The order is marked as a failed transfer, and the right people get an email and a notification. The error is logged together with Logo’s response, and once the issue is fixed the order can be resent in one click.

What happens when a new fiscal period starts?

Queries don’t need rewriting; the period tables are updated in one place.

Can you connect to a different ERP too?

Yes. Our infrastructure doesn’t depend on the ERP: as long as your ERP allows access to its database or services, we can quickly connect to one that isn’t on our list too.
