Setup

Connected to Mikro in four steps

  1. Installation

We install a small integration service on the network where your Mikro server runs; the portal never connects to your Mikro database directly.

  2. Mapping

Warehouses, prices, sales reps, payment methods and order series are mapped to their counterparts in Mikro.

  3. Scheduling

You choose how often each type of data syncs: every few seconds, at set times of day or on demand.

  4. Testing

Test orders and payments are checked in Mikro, then your dealers start using the portal.

What we take care of in the Mikro integration

  • Runs on your network

The portal never connects to your Mikro database directly; everything goes through the service installed on your network.

  • Sales reps and payment methods

The order’s sales rep and payment method go over with their codes in Mikro.

  • Foreign-currency orders

Foreign-currency orders go over together with their exchange rate.

  • Custom fields

Custom order fields in the portal can be written to their counterparts in Mikro.

  • Multiple connections

You can define several ERP connections, and each transfer runs over its own.

  • Logs and alerts

Every transfer’s start, finish and errors are logged, and the right people get an email and a notification if something fails.

FAQ

About the Mikro integration

Have another question? Call us: +90 216 277 70 80

How do you connect to Mikro?

Through an integration service installed on the network where your Mikro server runs. Data is read from the Mikro database with queries, and orders and payments are written with templates prepared for your Mikro setup. The portal never connects to your Mikro database directly.

How often are stock and prices updated?

You decide: every few seconds, at set times of day or on demand. Information such as credit limits, statements and order status is looked up live in Mikro whenever a screen opens.

What goes to Mikro with an order?

The product lines go over with their cascading discounts, sales rep, payment method, warehouse, currency and exchange rate, shipping details, and order and line notes.

Can an order be split across warehouses?

Yes. Each warehouse can get its own Mikro order, and out-of-stock items go into a separate back order with its own series. If you prefer, the order goes over as a single document.

How are installment payments recorded?

A card payment is written to Mikro installment by installment, each with its own due date. Bank and installment codes are mapped during setup.

What happens if a transfer fails?

The order is marked as a failed transfer, and the right people get an email and a notification. Once the issue is fixed, the order can be resent in one click.

Can you connect to a different ERP too?

Yes. Our infrastructure doesn’t depend on the ERP: as long as your ERP allows access to its database or services, we can quickly connect to one that isn’t on our list too.
