Data flow

What gets transferred?

Data in Netsis flows to the portal, and orders and payments made in the portal flow back to Netsis, so nothing is entered twice.

From Netsis to the portal

  • Products, prices and stock per warehouse
  • Customer accounts: credit limit, payment terms, sales rep
  • Account statements, invoices and order status
  • Back orders and previous purchases

From the portal to Netsis

  • Orders, with line discounts in Netsis’s own discount fields, up to six levels
  • Order notes and delivery details
  • Card payments, each installment on its own line
  • Return documents
  • The document number from Netsis is saved back on the order

Queries and document templates are set up to match your Netsis configuration.

Live lookups

Checked in Netsis at order time

Credit checks use Netsis’s current records, not a copy in the portal.

  • The remaining credit limit is checked in Netsis at order time and can also count orders that haven’t reached Netsis yet
  • Overdue debt is checked against the day and amount limits you set; the order is stopped or sent for approval
  • Dealers see their statements, invoices and back orders exactly as they are in Netsis
  • Order status and previous purchases also come live from Netsis

Orders reach Netsis on your terms

During the day, approved orders reach Netsis within about a minute, and orders that meet your rules join the queue without waiting for approval.

  • Orders can be split by warehouse, and out-of-stock items go into a separate back order
  • Line discounts go into Netsis’s sales discount fields, and the promotion code can be added to the line description
  • If you like, orders are created together with their delivery notes
  • If something fails, you get an email and a notification, and the order can be resent in one click

Setup

Connected to Netsis in four steps

  1. Installation

We install a small integration service on the network where your Netsis server runs; the portal never connects to your Netsis database directly.

  2. Mapping

Warehouses, prices, discount fields and document series are mapped to their counterparts in Netsis.

  3. Scheduling

You choose how often each type of data syncs: every few seconds, at set times of day or on demand.

  4. Testing

Test orders and payments are checked in Netsis, then your dealers start using the portal.

And more

What we take care of in the Netsis integration

  • Through Netsis’s own service

Orders and payments are sent to Netsis through its REST service, with a short-lived token.

  • New year

Queries use labels instead of table names, so a new year only means updating the year definition.

  • Multiple companies

When needed, orders are written to different company databases in Netsis.

  • Return documents

Returns approved in the portal go to Netsis as return documents.

  • Installment payments

Card payments go to Netsis as vouchers or cash receipts, with each installment on its own line.

  • Logs and alerts

Every transfer’s start, finish and errors are logged, and the right people get an email and a notification if something fails.

Products

All three products work with Netsis

FAQ

About the Netsis integration

Have another question? Call us: +90 216 277 70 80

How do you connect to Netsis?

Through an integration service installed on the network where your Netsis server runs. Data is read from the Netsis database with queries, and orders and payments are written through Netsis’s REST service (NetOpenX REST). The portal never connects to your Netsis database directly.

How often are stock and prices updated?

You decide: every few seconds, at set times of day or on demand. Information such as credit limits, statements and order status is looked up live in Netsis whenever a screen opens.

How do discounts reach Netsis?

Line discounts go into Netsis’s sales discount fields, up to six levels. If you like, the promotion code or special-price note is added to the line description.

Can an order be split across warehouses?

Yes. Each warehouse can get its own Netsis order, and out-of-stock items go into a separate back order. If you prefer, the order goes over as a single document.

How are card payments recorded?

A card payment made in the portal goes to Netsis as a voucher or a cash receipt, with each installment on its own line.

What happens if a transfer fails?

The order is marked as a failed transfer, and the right people get an email and a notification. The error is logged together with Netsis’s response, and once the issue is fixed the order can be resent in one click.

What happens when a new year starts?

Queries don’t need rewriting; the new year’s database name is updated in the year definition.

Can you connect to a different ERP too?

Yes. Our infrastructure doesn’t depend on the ERP: as long as your ERP allows access to its database or services, we can quickly connect to one that isn’t on our list too.
