How do you connect to Uyumsoft?

Through Uyumsoft’s API. The service signs in with the credentials Uyumsoft provides; products, prices, stock and accounts are read from the API, and orders and payments are written through it too.

Which price lists and warehouses are used?

You choose during setup: the settings define which price lists and which warehouses’ stock appear in the portal. VAT-inclusive prices are converted to net.

Are orders split by warehouse?

Yes. Each warehouse gets its own Uyumsoft order, and out-of-stock items go into a separate back order.

What if there isn’t enough stock?

If you like, stock is checked in Uyumsoft before an order is sent; if any item is short, the order isn’t sent and the right people are notified.

How are card payments recorded?

The payment goes to Uyumsoft as a finance entry, with each installment on its own line and with its own due date.

What happens if a transfer fails?

The order is marked as a failed transfer, and the right people get an email and a notification. Once the issue is fixed, the order can be resent in one click.

Can you connect to a different ERP too?

Yes. Our infrastructure doesn’t depend on the ERP: as long as your ERP allows access to its database or services, we can quickly connect to one that isn’t on our list too.
